Orders
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, invoicing and delivery address.

You who use these products without proper training do so at your own risk.
This means that these products require knowledge for correct use. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that treatments are only carried out by staff trained for the task.
Products for "professional use only" may not be resold or used for any purpose other than the treatments the customer is entitled to provide.

Our normal delivery times are 3-5 days. NOTE! Orders on weekends are sent the following Monday at the earliest.

Price
All standard prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are exclusive of 25% VAT. You can choose another currency by using our converting function on our site.

Duty, duty and tax
When you order from Nova Nails Supply, you are responsible for the product being legally imported to the destination.
The consignee is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped within or outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties and charges levied by the country of destination. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, duties and fees as are levied when a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional customs clearance fees must be paid by the consignee. Nova Nails Supply has no control over these fees, nor can we predict what they may be.

Returns and exchanges:
When you buy goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of return or exchange that applies from the moment you have received/ collect the items.
You must notify that you regret it. The message must be sent to us [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the legal 14 days following the notice of withdrawal.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products are therefore sent well packed and in original packaging.
From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value when it is used or damaged.
The right to return / exchange does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (seal) has been broken by you.

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product still be damaged or delivered incorrectly when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the fault free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the error has been discovered.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any errors and defects must always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we do not correct the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product, damages may occur due to improper / professional use of products.
We are not responsible for delays / errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, a labor dispute, a fire, a war, a government decision, reduced or no delivery from a supplier.
